In August of 2021 I was invited out to see a new single family build site in the Talking Rock community. At the time of my visit the site hadn’t even been leveled yet. So, this would be a full ground up project. We’ve done other similar projects with clients, but we’ve never made it in before the ground was leveled.
At the start of the project we were all feeling the effects of the pandemic. Some materials were in short supply. Work crews weren’t available at times. The process was lengthened for many months before things “normalized” in our housing market. With that in mind, the build was slowed. 2022 saw the home come together nicely, and 2023 saw the home completed and move in ready.
Throughout the build process, AZ Drone made many site visits and quick flights. Sometimes little happened over the course of weeks. Other times things progressed rapidly. We documented the home build on slow weeks and busy weeks.
